Australia’s Moose Toys has upped its chief commercial officer, Ronnie Frankowski, into a newly created role as global president.

Frankowski’s responsibilities now include overseeing Moose’s global senior leadership team, and working with the product development team to develop and execute worldwide commercial strategies. He started in his new role on September 1 and reports to CEO Paul Solomon.

Moose created this brand-new global president position in order to help the company develop new products more efficiently and achieve its annual commercial goals, said Solomon in a release.

The toyco has had a busy year so far in terms of new deals and working towards product launches. Moose’s Beast Lab action figure playsets are rolling out on e-commerce sites this month, and its first range of tiny Trolls-branded collectibles will hit retailers across the US in October.

Frankowski joined Moose in 2016 as chief marketing officer, and was promoted to chief commercial officer in 2021. He has more than 20 years of experience in the toy industry, having previously held executive roles at Spin Master (global VP of marketing) and Mattel (senior brand manager).
