After a wave of recent consumer and broadcast deals for SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer, Nickelodeon Consumer Products (NCP) has inked a number of additional deals for the successful properties across Asia Pacific.

In Japan, Jun (accessories), Gourmandies (candy) and Mac Style (apparel) are now SpongeBob licensees. A SpongeBob fashion line from Grace will also launch in Japan thanks to an NCP deal with fashion brand Secret Base. Laundry will also produce t-shirts and parkas licensed through Grace, and a digital camera deal was signed with Seconds.

Chibuzo International Corporation in the Philippines is producing SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer soft rubber watches in deals running through fall 2013.

Taiwan licensee Fuh Guann Plastics has signed two separate deals for lanterns and heated cushions, and a number of companies have signed SpongeBob SquarePants deals in Thailand including Great Profit Telecom (mobile phone accessories), Lee Rung Charoen (bedding accessories) and Sien Hua Tai (umbrellas, socks and raincoats).
